Absolutely fantastic!! Views are amazing and the hut is situated in such a lovely location. Hosts are there if you need them, but they leave you get settled in and leave you to your own devices. Hot tub takes around 2 hours to heat, but worth the wait and stays hot. Well equipped hut, although personally we would have liked a little radio. The welcome booklet was very handy. And there were a lot of personal touches from the moment you park up. A** we very much enjoyed our 4 night winter stay.

Everything and more - shepherd hut looked brand new. Lovely touch with Prosecco and Welsh cakes on arrival! Nice surprise to find plenty of coffee, sugar and tea to hand (forgot mine) and even pepper and pink Himalayan salt mills! Lovely big private garden area to relax in with great views of the sea - even the dog had space to play ball.

We absolutely loved staying here! Toilets and shower super clean. Loved the set up of the yurt. Our first time glamping & would definitely do it again. Location was perfect to get to Tenby and around gorgeous Pembrokeshire. As newbies, we would have loved some more detailed instructions about how to light a log fire. It does get very cold at night so bring layers! Hot tub was gorgeous, does take a while to heat up but worth it. All in all a wonderful stay. Take me back!

Everything was perfect. There was an outside lounger which had a broken arm, owners replaced it straight away. Wanted some more fire lighters which the owners provided very quickly.

Always a wonderful stay at the headland escape. The scenery is just stunning and with easy access to the wales coastal path theres no excuse for not exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside! Turn left and head east for a gentle 7.5km walk to Tenby or right for a slightly more energetic but a manageable 5.5km to Manorbier. Simply gorgeous. The site is beautifully kept and the accommodation spotless as always we had a windy couple of days with some rain but then thats the Welsh weather for you. Never deterred we loved every minute and our two little dogs didnt stop.

We stayed here for May half term, 2 adults and a 6 year old child. Positives:Location: absolutely fabulous location, 10 minutes drive from Tenby, with loads of attractions in the local area for children. We would recommend the National Botanic Garden of Wales, Pembroke Castle and Folly Farm Park, and of course Tenby itself! The actual site is very quiet and peaceful, lots of wildlife and beautiful night sky on a clear night! Bed: was very comfy, child was happy with the sofa bed too! Toilet/shower: nice and clean, and lovely to have a private one.Negatives: The tent: in the wind, the tent straps flapped, and were incredibly noisy, keeping us awake. The tent wasnt particularly waterproof, and in heavy rain it leaked - this meant everything got rather damp. In fact, we were woken after the first night to actual drops of rain falling on us! The hot tub: on arrival this was empty, and it took a good couple of hours to fill with the hose. The wood burner to heat this - I believe ours may have been broken, as no matter what we did, the fire blew out in the wind. We finally managed to get the hot tub to about 30 degrees after about 5 hours of continuous watching of the fire - dont think this is how it should be! The kitchen: in theory a lovely idea, but due to the way it was built, the wind blew straight through and blew out the flames of the hob constantly so cooking proved nigh on impossible! The kettle: a stove top kettle is lovely, but PLEASE give an electric one too - 45 minutes to make a coffee is not the one! The shower: the light didnt work properly, and the shower curtain stuck to you when the wind blew!Overall: would we stay here again? No, definitely not. But does that mean its not for everyone? Absolutely not! I think weve determined that we are not camping people, but for the right person (and in the right weather) I think this would be a dream holiday!

Wow, we loved it!! Thank you Headland Escape Glamping!! Our family loved it! 2 adults 2 kids.A lovely family run farm, only 8 pitches on site, lots of space for small games etc Everything is there for you, small outside kitchenette, fridge, kettle etc. You get your own toilet and shower in a small block. Which were pristine and cleaned every day. Shower was lovely and hot with plenty of pressure. Hot tub was great, took a few hours for the fire to heat it up but we got ours up to temp for approx £5 a day in logs which are available on site.2 things Id recommend taking, a small electric heater as it got a bit chilly at night and an extension lead as it only had a couple of electrical sockets. 100% recommended.
