The bed was comfy , we are used to a king-size so this was a bit small, nice touch leaving a small pack containing sponge and washing up liquid, shame no loo roll. sofa was comfy too, good Tv, clear picture and sound. Down side we could hear each other in the bathroom (eek) and the little children running round in the next van lol, they were enjoying themselves tho!

The park itself was OK, the caravan itself, there was only one shelf in the oven, which you needed to move to the grill, to use the grill, there only one small Pyrex over dish. One of the single bed in the first bedroom was so unstable it could not be used. The hot water in the main bathroom did not get hot until you ran the kitchen tap, so that the boiler kick in.There were no slave from the main path to your caravan door, so when it rained it got a bit messy. We could not connect to the WiFi connection until the reception gave us a different Code. The club and food and drink prices were quite good, the staff were very helpful. The shop on sit was waiting for a delivery, but we were able to get what we needed for the first night.

The caravan was clean but nothing to start the day with. There was not even a tea bag to make some tea. There was no washing up liquid or handwash. There wasn't a night lamp. No bin bag to change. We stay for weekend we can't carry all these. That's all was missing really.

We got a very cheap last minute weekend deal, so some of the drawbacks, such as a mediocre cleanliness and poor tidiness/appearance of the site, can be overlooked. The site pool was very good as was the proximity to the beach. It's a large site and therefore there was some noise disturbance late one night. The caravan was good, although could do with a deeper clean. Overall, for the right price, I would stay again for a short break.

Having read some bad reviews about the Bronze caravans, I was pleasantly surprised by every aspect of the caravan. The only thing that would have improved our stay would be better heating in the bedrooms as we were very cold at night.

That caravan felt damp. When we turned on kitchen tap the shower would start to run??

Had a lovely time but had to clean the kitchen as it hadn't been done ! Found yogurts in the cupboard dated sell by April 2014 ! The door on the grill kept falling off even though we didn't use it ! The tables were covered in children's yogurty finger prints. Also the doors to the veranda were covered in sticky finger prints. However, the rest of the accommodation was tip top and very comfortable ! Just need to clean it properly !!!!!

We had a quiet four day break, we would have liked a few more things to do around St.Osyth and had to drive out to do this. The site although clean, we didn't like the closeness of the caravans and got fed up with next door peering in on us (we felt like we were in a fish tank) also we had no view just blocked in on all sides with caravans. Our caravan was lovely, very clean and had all the cutlery etc.

First holiday for a while and my baby boys first ever holiday we had the best time such a relaxing time will definitely be returning
Natalie, Tamworth
Not to many plug sockets but it had what we needed for the week
Louise, Winsford
The caravan was clean. Only a couple of minor negatives. A bit of mould in the shower but it would need resealing as I doubt that will clean off. The shower was leaking at the base of the shower head but not enough to cause us an issue, I suspect it could get worse.

I liked that you are supplied with a mini pack for the kitchen sink which had a small washing up liquid, sponge and cloth.
Lynsey, London
Caravan was everything we needed and was in a perfect location opposite a field the only issue was it could have been cleaned better, I had to by bleach and air freshener and clean the bathroom and toilet myself due to really bad smell which went after I cleaned it
