The owners are very lovely and welcoming and explained everything about the lodge and the area around. The lodge was very nice and clean and tidy with everything you needed and a little more with the hot tub and sauna. The views were amazing and even better when relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely be back and would recommend to everyone.

Gorgeous lodge and location. Friendly host but I felt a little overwhelmed by the hot tub rules on arrival. Unfortunately I hadnt read the small print so wasnt aware of the 8-8pm rules until I got a text the day before we left. Its a shame as it did put a bit of a dampener on it. Been on a lot of identical breaks and never experienced these rules and the chaining of the hot tub at 8pm. The temp also needs cranking up it was more of a warm tub. Apart from that it is a lovely scenic remote area.

What a superb lodge, very spacious, clean, has everything you could possibly need to make your stay a memorable one. There are amazing views from every window of the lodge or sit out on the veranda and take in the scenic surroundings. The hot tub to very private, sited at the rear side of the lodge to open fields, the sauna was also an added bonus to our lodge retreat. We will certainly return.

A wonderful break in a lovely lodge. Everything you could ask for - good communications with owner beforehand, smile upon arrival, bottle of wine in the fridge (always a winner ????) and a well equipped, comfortable lodge in beautiful surroundings. It was a good base to travel from for some lovely walks, stunning scenery and exploration of the area. We found some lovely places to eat (recommend Aleppo and Bill & Heifer) and it was always great to come back at the end of the day to the hot tub and sauna. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely lodge! Nice and spacious - had pretty much everything that you would need. We enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna but I would recommend taking a dressing gown with you as you are only able to spend 30 mins in the hot tub at a time.
