Fun Days Out in Ross-Shire & Cromarty

Landmark Theme Park is a popular family attraction in Scotland and is a great choice for those with children of varied ages. The site is packed with attractions to keep the whole family amused. Landmark is rather unique as a theme park as it is based around nature. Activities include Tree Topping and Rock climbing although there are also some more traditional theme park rides such as a log flume. The park is abundant with nature including Red Squirrels and Clydesdale Horses and there is also a new Pinewood Grill for tasty snacks and a Gift Shop.

The amazing Loudoun Castle Theme Park is the largest in Scotland taking up a staggering 500 acres of glorious countryside. The park is suitable for visitors of all ages and has an excellent choice of rides including thrilling Rollercoasters. The site also hosts some fantastic family shows including the popular 'Walk the Plank' High Dive Show.  This place is much more than a theme park though, and younger children in particular will love the Dougal McDougal's farm area where the inhabitants include friendly goats, pigs and llamas as well as rabbits and other small pets.

Lodges were lovely and well stocked with everything we could need. Only had to take our own towels. That was it. Beautiful setting. Only one small gripe. The TV was tiny :-D

Kevin
We loved it. The only problem we had was the size of the second & third bedrooms, which are probably more suited to smaller children (my two 'children' are 6'4" and 6'2" so found it a bit cramped). The lodges were very clean, well furnished. The laundry was a welcome utility, and we made good use of the bar on the colder evenings! Had a problem with the central heating on one occasion, which was fixed within a few hours. Very welcoming and helpful proprietors. Beautiful location. We would definitely stay again.
Anthony
My children recently moved 500 miles away with there mother, this was the perfect place for me to have them close to where they live. The surroundings were beautiful and I will definitely be back in a few months

Delny is a wonderful place to go on holiday. The walk to the loch is lovely especially if you have a dog. We have visited four times now and will definitely go back again. The lodges are very clean and comfortable.
Graham
Very relaxing break in the highlands at a welcoming park. Perfect location if you are going on holiday with your dog.
Paul
It was our first return trip, of several, for a few years now but it is just as good as it ever was! We expect to be booking again for next season fairly soon.
