Really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was fantastic and the location was perfect for catching the sea views easily.

Good overall, just wish the shower pressure was better.

We stayed from 15th to 18th November and honestly, the caravan was surprisingly warm and comfy, even in late autumn. There was loads for the kids to do, which kept them happy. Only downside was everything seemed to come with an extra charge, which added up quickly. The restaurant was a bit pricey for what it was, but overall, we enjoyed ourselves!

We had a lovely stay at Chestnut Way 5. The caravan was super cosy and really comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. Both showers were consistently hot and refreshing and the heating system warmed the place up quickly and efficiently. Wifi wasnt the strongest, but it was manageable. The only minor hiccup was a slight smell after using the loos or draining water, but it was brief and didnt ruin our holiday at all. Overall, a great experience!

Weve used similar vans before, but this one felt pretty tired. The kitchen drawers were stuck, the bathroom fittings were rusty and the curtains didnt match. The grill shelf was missing and the tin opener was useless. Not quite what we expected, honestly.

Decent overall, just wish the bathroom radiator was working properly.

The lodge was decent value, but a bit far from entertainment options for those with mobility issues.

Date of stay: 4th September 2024
We stayed at Bulbury for a short getaway and found it quite charming despite its size. The trailer was a bit musty at first, probably because all the windows were shut tight, but airing it out sorted that. It was spotless and the beds had fresh linen, which was lovely. We did have a couple of minor issues- the door hinges squeaked so loudly we thought wed wake the kids if we had to use the loo at night. Luckily, reception sorted it out the same day. Also, the curtain rail fell down, but again, that was fixed quickly. The kitchen was pretty basic, but as long as you read the site and pack what you need, its totally manageable. Wed stay again!

The mattress was too small for the frame and theres hardly any shelf space in the bathroom. Would be great with some decking too.

Date of stay: 11th August 2024
We stayed in a pretty modern caravan that felt quite spacious inside, which was nice. The main bedroom with the en-suite was a good size and the second smaller room with two beds was perfect for the kids. The main bathroom had a decent shower and the sofa in the lounge cleverly turned into a double bed-definitely handy. That said, the sofa had cigarette burns in a few spots, which was a bit disappointing. Also, it was clear the cleaning staff didn't put much effort into tidying up corners-there were hairs and dust left behind quite often. WiFi was decent, but with everyone on site trying to use it, streaming Netflix or booking tickets became a bit of a nightmare. Still, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed here as a group of 12, split between the Corfe and Durlston caravans. Honestly, the Corfe being the newer one, I expected a bit more-like two bathrooms and a larger veranda similar to Durlston. The outdoor furniture was quite disappointing too; just mismatched pieces that looked like they were pulled from a spare cupboard. If youre planning to work remotely from the caravan, forget it, as the indoor signal was practically non-existent. That said, inside the caravans, everything was clean and really cosy and despite the remote location, wed definitely come back again!

Date of stay: 17th July 2024
We stayed at the lodge recently and honestly, there were a few issues. The bikini from the last guests was still hanging in the en suite, plus food was under the dining table and empty cans by the hot tub. Not ideal!
Emma Carter
Date of stay: 23rd June 2024
We stayed in a pretty tidy caravan, which was quite presentable overall. The furniture was simple but did the job. The veranda wasnt secured for dogs, which caught us off guard, but we sorted it ourselves with some help from a local DIY shop. Just a heads up for future visitors - securing verandas for dog-friendly vans would be a good idea.

The lodge was spacious and comfortable, really loved the vibe! Just wished they provided some basic cleaning supplies.
Emma Carter
Date of stay: 2nd June 2024
Overall, the caravan suited our needs pretty well. The kitchen was nice with a decent fridge and freezer, which was handy. We did find it a bit dusty under the settee when we moved things around and there was a bag with someone elses stuff that shouldve been cleaned out. We ended up leaving it behind. The place was quite dirty initially and we had to give it a good clean, especially with a two-year-old, as cleanliness matters. Despite that, wed probably rent again - just hope for a cleaner next time!

Great stay, everything we needed was there, very comfortable!

Date of stay: 12th May 2024
We had such a lovely stay! Wimborne Lodge was spot on-super clean and really well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tubs were checked regularly, which was reassuring and when we had a tiny leak from the heated towel rail, it was sorted out straight away-really impressed with the quick service. The beds werent the comfiest, but honestly, they did the job for a holiday. The location was perfect; close enough to the main entertainment, arcade and restaurant for our little one to walk, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet without loud music blaring. All in all, a cracking break!

We recently stayed in this caravan and honestly, it was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for six, well-equipped kitchen and the kids loved having their own bedrooms. Definitely recommend for a comfy holiday!
Emma Carter
Date of stay: 7th April 2024
We love the spot and the parks lovely, thats why we keep coming back. But honestly, considering what we paid, it didnt feel like good value for money this time around.
Emma Johnson
Date of stay: 18th February 2024
The lodge was spacious and the beds comfy, which was a plus. Sadly, the hot tub and heating werent working and the floor was quite dirty. Wed have enjoyed it more if everything had been up to scratch, really. Such a shame!
James
Date of stay: 18th February 2024
The caravan was lovely and had everything we needed. Just a heads-up, the oven heats up slowly, so plan ahead to avoid delays. Overall, quite happy!
Sam
Date of stay: 1st November 2023
We stayed at the site recently and honestly, the outside was alright but the caravan itself left a lot to be desired. We get its dog-friendly, but our caravan was pretty dirty, with furniture needing a proper clean and a strong smell everywhere. The shower was a nightmare too - it didnt drain and after fixing it, it leaked underneath instead of inside! We reported it in the evening, but it wasnt sorted until the next day. Not great overall.
Laura
Date of stay: 1st November 2023
Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with the caravan. It looked quite tired and had a strong cigarette smell which was a bit off-putting. The seating was uncomfortable and the table, which was too high and small for six of us, wobbled all the time. It definitely needed a fresh coat of paint and some hooks for coats. Not worth what we paid, really.
Mark
Date of stay: 1st November 2023
The park was lovely and the staff really made us feel welcome. The lodge, though, couldve been cleaner - greasy kitchen areas and grubby sofas. The mattress needs replacing too. Still, we enjoyed it!
Alex
Date of stay: 1st November 2023
We had an awesome time! Everything was perfect from start to finish.
Emily Carter
Date of stay: 1st November 2023
When we arrived, the kids' mattress was soaked in blood-not just a small stain, but quite a lot. I went to reception to report it and they put us on a list, but nothing was sorted out and I had to chase it up myself. That really put a damper on our first couple of days. The shower was another letdown; it never worked properly. The caravan also wasnt hoovered well, which was disappointing considering the price we paid. Honestly, I think the staff arent quite ready for the job-they seem quite young and inexperienced. We needed a break for my mum after my dad passed, but sadly, we came away quite disappointed. Its a shame because the caravan should be checked thoroughly before guests arrive.
Emma Clarke
Date of stay: 1st November 2023
Honestly, we were pretty disappointed. The toilet doors didnt lock and the bedroom door had a punch hole. No bedding for the sofa bed either. We complained multiple times but got no response. Reception was unhelpful and rude throughout our stay. Not great.
