Our first Hoseasons break. Booked a long weekend in Swanage as my family and friends did the McMillan Mighty Hike in memory of their dad, Gramps and husband. The caravan was spotless and well equipped. It was right by the play area which was perfect for our 4 year old but unfortunately it was out if bounds as a piece of the equipment had been broken and awaiting repair. The beds were comfortable and the quilts warm. Our only 'niggle ' was the lounge lighting. It needed a lamp as it was quite harsh. Can't comment on the walk to the town as we drove and parked. We were lucky to be there for the Folk Festival so lots going on. The lady on reception (sadly didn't get her name) was so friendly and helpful which got our break off to a pleasant start. Our first Hoseasons was a good experience.

We had a lovely, peaceful and relaxing stay. The lodge was clean and tidy and the Hot Tub was wonderful. The staff were really helpful and very responsive, on our first night we had an issue with the hot tub, so I called the out of hours number and the warden came within 10mins of my call and sorted the problem which was really appreciative. The reception staff were very friendly. There isn't any facilities onsite but for us that was perfect as we only came to relax abd enjoy the outdoors anyway. Thank you to all.

Would have been 5 stars - but slight problem on last day. - we agreed to the hot tub being drained and cleaned -but when being refilled overnight the heating in the lodge stopped working- started back up as soon as the tub was full and we were leaving! I have reported as I think there maybe a fault. Otherwise beautiful location very quiet and excellent facilities in the lodge - best hot tub we have used - very hot and checked twice a day by staff.

A little fenced off area around the side of the caravan would have been good with a toddler, as the caravan was situated on the junction of all the roads.

Clean comfortable, the only slight problem I had was that I found the first step from the ground a bit high (my knees a bit stiff after a fall a while ago)

Swanage coastal park is set in a lovely location with views of the Purbeck Hills and the sea. The park is clean and well kept. Our accommodation needed an update as sofa wasnt very comfortable and the dining chairs were well used and very wobbly when sat on. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night so able to sleep. We had a lovely welcome and farewell. This park isnt suitable for those with walking difficulties as very hilly. Great location for walks into Swanage town centre, you can enjoy the stone cottages and churches on route, Very pretty.
